Playing with Carter

I am so happy now that my cousin Carter moved back to Houston!  We have spent the last two weekends playing with each other.  He is so much fun!

Last weekend he came over and we were playing with my hats.

Then I was trying to teach Carter how to play Ring around the Rosy

Then I taught Carter how to hide in the closet.

Yesterday, I went to see Carter over at Mimi and Grandad's house.  I was teaching him all about the Dinosaur train.

Then we pulled each other around in the wagon.  I pulled Carter first.

Then Carter pulled me around while I ate frozen grapes.

And we rode Carter's train!

One of my favorite things to do with Grandad is to play in his Jeep!

Just like Mommy and Daddy

I am starting to show traits of my Mommy and Daddy.  I know that I look just like Daddy, well I also like to stay up late just like Daddy.  In the summer, I didn't go to sleep until 11:00.  Sometimes Daddy would come lay in bed with me.  That's fun!

I also have a little OCD just like Daddy.  I know all my toys by name and I always like to line them up in perfect order. 

Daddy even made fun of me for lining up my toys.  But then Mommy went into the kitchen, and look what Daddy did:

Well, we all know that Mommy isn't OCD, but she really likes to cook.  I try to cook with her as much as possible.  I drag my stool into the kitchen and help her.

I got to make cookies with Mommy this summer.

And of course you have to lick the batter!

Then I helped Mommy make some Chicken pasta.

And I helped Mommy make some chili.  But I think it was too hot for me to eat, maybe next time I won't put all the red pepper in!
