New Bath tub

Braxton outgrew his "baby" bathtub so he got a new one this week. Bath time is his favorite!! This is from his Aunt Corrie. It also quacks but he can't figure out where it is coming from.

Fun day at the zoo

Sunday was so pretty that we decided to take Braxton to the zoo. Aunt Paige had come down to stay the weekend with her nephew and we had so much fun!

And after the long day, he was so good that we decided to reward him with a stuffed animal. We showed him almost every animal in the store and he picked this panda.

6 month checkup

We had our 6 month checkup last week. Braxton came in at 17 lbs, 11 ounces (50-75%) and is 28 inches (90-95%). Must get his height from me! :) He is really trying to crawl. He figured it out a little bit more today but not too much. He should have it down in the next few months. He loves to play in his horsey, but sometimes it tires him out!

He also got his first boo-boo. He was rocking back and forth and hit his head on the coffee table. He is all better now though.

So much to say

Braxton has decided that among his new talents, he loves to talk. Here he is rolling around talking up a storm. His dad insisted that as a baby, he did not need clothes. It is December in Texas, probably about the same as May! He has gotten his first tooth (bottom left), he just stepped up to sweet potatoes, but he hates the green beans. He still isn't crawling but he can roll all over the room if you let him.
